The site is located in Primorsko-Akhtarsk city. The distance to the federal highway «Timashevsk city - Primorsko-Akhtarsk city» is 0.03 km.

The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 160 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station of Akhtary is 3.5 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 175 km, and to the seaport of Yeisk is 240 km.

The site is in the state property. At present time, the site is not used and free from buildings.
