Investor: OOO Abrau-Durso Wine Tourism Center Project implementation year: 2022 The project involves the creation of a tourist recreation center for 60 people, with an area of 1,000 m2, including:
•    Summer and coastal areas feature cabanas, landscaped beaches, playgrounds, and sports grounds
•    A boat station with pleasure boats and catamarans
•    A cottage town with 15 guest houses and a spa complex
As part of the implementation of the investment project, it is planned to build administrative buildings and improve the surrounding area.
